At TechnicalGuider, we believe in transparency. This policy clearly outlines refund and cancellation terms across our different service categories. Please review carefully before making any purchase.
1. SaaS Subscriptions (Razorpay Recurring Payments)
This category includes monthly or annual subscriptions to our software products such as TG Revenue Engine, Stock Up, and other SaaS platforms.
- 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: New subscribers may request a full refund within 7 calendar days from the date of their first payment.
- After 7 Days: Subscriptions become non-refundable for the current billing cycle. You may cancel anytime to prevent future renewals.
- Annual Subscriptions: Refunds beyond the 7-day window are not provided. Cancellation prevents auto-renewal at the end of the term.
- How to Cancel: Email hello@technicalguider.com with your account email and reason. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund the current paid period.
2. Custom Software Development
This category includes bespoke CRM builds, custom integrations, tailored software development, and any project-based engineering work.
Custom software development is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Once a project is confirmed and development work has begun, no refunds will be issued.
- Setup fees, deposits, and milestone payments are non-refundable.
- This includes custom CRMs, dashboards, integrations, automation pipelines, and any work performed against an agreed scope.
- We invest substantial time, planning, and resources upfront. By engaging us for custom work, you acknowledge this policy.
- If the project is cancelled by the client mid-way, all amounts paid until the cancellation point are forfeited.
- We reserve the right to pause work if invoices are unpaid; resumed work does not entitle the client to additional time or services.
3. Marketing Services (Google Ads, Meta Ads, n8n Automation, Done-For-You)
This category includes Google Ads management, Meta Ads management, marketing automation builds, and any ongoing or one-time done-for-you marketing services.
Marketing services are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Service fees, retainer fees, and management fees are non-refundable once the engagement begins.
- Performance varies based on factors outside our control — ad platform algorithms, audience behavior, competitive landscape, market conditions, your product, and your team's execution. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
- Cancellation of ongoing retainers is allowed with 15-day written notice. No refund is issued for the current billing period.
- Ad spend paid to Google, Meta, or other platforms is held by those platforms and is NOT refundable by TechnicalGuider.
4. Consultation Services
This category includes one-time consultations, strategy calls, audits, and the ₹999 Revenue Engine Consultation.
Consultations are NON-REFUNDABLE once scheduled.
- Our time and expertise are allocated upon scheduling.
- You may reschedule once with 24-hour advance notice at no charge.
- Subsequent rescheduling requests may incur a 50% rescheduling fee.
- No-shows (missed consultations without 24-hour notice) are non-refundable.
5. Third-Party Costs (Always Non-Refundable)
The following are NEVER refundable under any circumstance, as they are paid to external providers:
- Advertising spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Hosting and infrastructure (VPS, DigitalOcean, Hostinger, AWS, etc.)
- Domain registrations and renewals
- API credits (WhatsApp Business API, OpenAI, Claude API, SerpAPI, etc.)
- SMS and email credits
- SSL certificates and security tools
- Third-party software licenses or subscriptions purchased on your behalf
These pass-through costs are billed at actual cost and cannot be reversed once paid to the third party.
6. Failure to Deliver
If TechnicalGuider materially fails to deliver services as agreed in a signed proposal or contract, and we cannot resolve the issue within 14 days of receiving written notice from you, you are entitled to a refund of unutilized prepaid fees (excluding third-party costs).
This does not apply to performance-based outcomes (e.g., "I expected more leads") — only to actual non-delivery of agreed deliverables.
7. Project Abandonment by Client
If a client becomes unresponsive for 30 consecutive days during an active project (no replies to emails, calls, or messages), the project is considered delivered up to that point. All fees paid are forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
8. Refund Request Process
To request a refund (where eligible under sections above):
- Email hello@technicalguider.com with subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Invoice/Order Number]"
- Include in the email:
- Full name
- Registered email address
- Transaction ID or invoice number
- Date of payment
- Detailed reason for refund request
- We respond within 2 business days with our decision
- Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
We are not obligated to issue refunds outside the categories explicitly defined above.
9. Refund Processing Times
Once a refund is approved, processing times depend on the payment method:
- Razorpay (UPI / Cards / Net Banking): 5–7 business days
- International payments: 7–14 business days
- Bank transfer: 3–5 business days
TechnicalGuider is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
10. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage clients to contact us directly via hello@technicalguider.com or +91 96549 28232 before initiating a chargeback through their bank or card provider.
- Initiating a chargeback for a legitimate, delivered service may result in:
- Immediate termination of services and account
- Recovery of chargeback fees and legal costs being billed to the client
- Reporting to credit and merchant abuse databases
We always prefer to resolve disputes amicably and quickly.
11. Discounted, Promotional, or Bundled Purchases
Purchases made under promotional offers, discounts, bundles, or special deals may be subject to additional or modified refund terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. In the absence of explicit terms, the standard policy in this document applies.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Changes apply to purchases made after the update date — existing purchases are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
